Good Yule!

As my regular readers know, I'm Jewish. However, given that I'm being read all over the place (and seriously...the stats are amazing. Thanks to all of you who read me in all the corners of the world!) and I sent Chanukah greetings a little while back, it's only right to do the same for those of you who are celebrating Christmas. So, for all my book junkie brethren for whom this is your festival, the bestest book related Christmas image I could find. Enjoy. A peaceful and joyful season to you all, and the very best for 2013.

    1. Hi there - nice to hear from you! We did have a nice Chanukah, thank you - ate too many latkes and donuts again!
I hope your celebrations have been lovely and 2013 is good to you.

  2. Hi, Kaz! I hope you're having a great holiday season as well. To be honest, I'm not at all familiar with Jewish traditions, as I'm not sure if there are any of the Jewish faith here in Manila (well, probably among the expat community).

Here's to more books in 2013, Kaz!

    1. Hey Peter!
I am on leave from work - that makes this time of year a grand celebration, I can assure you! I love not waking up to an alarm clock. We have family visiting, it's all a bit mad, we're all eating too much, staying up too late, but it's good fun.
I hope you're having some good times also - and I know you have books already lined up for 2013 - I've seen your pics of your TBR pile! Mine too - picked up a few new ones, and second hand copies of old favourites I didn't have. What I'll probably need next year - soon - is another bookcase...oh dear... :-)
